Order Processing Time:
After a transaction is completed, it typically takes 48 hours to process your order (including stock preparation and dispatch arrangements). You will then receive an email containing shipping confirmation and a tracking number. You can click the link in the email to track your package status; tracking information usually appears in the carrier's system within 1–2 business days.
Order processing may be delayed if we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment details or incorrect address information.

Shipping Guarantee:
To honor our commitment, we will refund the shipping cost for items that take more than 30 days to reach their destination (or provide a partial refund if the original shipping was free).
Risk-Free Shopping:
If, for any reason, an item is not delivered within 60 days, you will receive a full refund for that item. This is our promise to you!
International Delivery:
We cannot guarantee whether you will be charged customs duties or related taxes. You are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and other related fees imposed by your country's government. Please contact your local customs authority to understand the specific charges and tax rates for international packages. Note: In rare instances, international shipments to certain countries may take 4–6 weeks, or even longer for countries with slower postal services. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country. Additional shipping fees may apply to certain countries due to geographical location.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered. Due to our strict shipping procedures, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made. Please double-check the address you enter; we are not liable if a package is delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
If your order has already entered the processing stage or has been shipped, we cannot change the address; the only option is to wait and see if the package is returned to us. In such cases, we will arrange an exchange or a refund for you.
